I lead a growing team in Hong Kong and China, who develop and implement McDonald’s / Shake Shack Asia- Pacific, Middle East and Africa business strategies in support of the planned growth in these markets and to secure Elkay market share and profit. I support Elkay sales strategies and driving the development of new products for these markets. Also, together with the controlling team, I ensure we retain our competitive edge and deliver the best possible value to our client. In order to support the intercompany business, one of my responsibility is to source the right product in Asia for getting the best price for bulk volume product.
